Another year has passed. 2019 was a roller coaster ride for our thriving ecosystem of tech freelancers, startups, scale-ups, and established companies.

At Campus X, it’s our mission to provide all key elements for our members’ success under one roof. Because their success is our driving force – continuously inspiring us to evolve and further support and augment our ecosystem.

So, let’s look back at some of the biggest milestones of our member companies.

1. Gtmhub

The OKR and business success platform, Gtmhub, has recently secured the impressive $9 million Series A funding round. The round was led by US fund CRV and backed by LAUNCHub Ventures.

“We surveyed all of the OKR platforms in the market and found that Gtmhub not only had the strongest, most diverse team but it’s the only product that addresses and meets the standards of small companies up through enterprises and government,”comments Reid Christian, General Partner at CRV.

With the new financing, Gtmhub plans to expand its global operations and build upon its existing 150 data integrations and tools, improving the functionality of the platform.

“OKRs are quickly becoming the engine of the global economy, and our mission is to be the fuel for that engine,” shares Ivan Osmak, co-founder and CEO of Gtmhub.

Fintech company Payhawk received €500,000 financing by Eleven Ventures and other industry experts and angels. Some of them include Perry Blacher, Fintech advisor to Google and Senior Digital Advisor to Barclays UK, and Mark Ransford, Investor and advisor to high-growth startups in the fintech sector.

The company utilized the new investment to expand its team and operations in Europe and the UK with a newly opened sales office in London.

Payhawk was founded to solve a practical problem faced by the founders Hristo Borisov and Boyko Karadzhov:

“We constantly talk to founders and managers of growing companies that manage large budgets. But when traveling, they have to use their personal cards, and then fill out lengthy expense reports and wait for reimbursements. Our product helps small businesses operate efficiently,” explains Hristo Borisov, co-founder and CEO of Payhawk.
