To help us further achieve on our vision, we’re looking for an outstanding community builder and manager – a strategic thinker, a master networker, connector and event guru - to be driving the charge of the Campus X community. If you thrive when working with people and making meaningful connections, are motivated by helping others grow their businesses and are inspired by seeing others succeed, the Campus X team is somewhere you can flourish. You’re: Experienced community manager, who will take the Campus X community program to the next level, developing and overseeing all knowledge-sharing and member event initiatives; Strategic thinker and engaged connector who seeks to learn more about member needs and goals, and thinks of ways how the Campus X community can help achieve them; Self-starter who will manage an outstanding Campus X member experience - from leading prospect tours and on-boarding new tenants to assisting member success within the community and resolving member issues; Community builder who wakes up every day thinking how we can maximize the Campus X community experience, gets to work and makes it happen; Avid networker, deeply entrenched within the larger (external) community, attending events and networking with local start-ups and organizations; Team player who will serve as the voice of the members before the larger Campus X team and collaborate with the rest of the Campus X units; Master salesmen, who partners with the rest of Marketing and Sales to generate new member prospects; Mindful gatekeeper, filtering out member prospects who will have little to contribute to the greater community; Skills we’d love you to have: 3+ years of work experience in sales, customer service, marketing or business operations Previous experience in community management, marketing, working for startups or related is a plus A strong passion for and understanding of entrepreneurial communities Strong hustle mentality with a focus on moving fast and getting things done Ability to connect well with people; warm and approachable personality Enjoys continuous change and improvement Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across diverse range of stakeholder How to apply If you’re interested in our open position, send us your CV and cover letter to careers@campusx.company
